In the case where your checkout process was not completed, then your purchase is marked as ‘PENDING’ until you finalize payment.
This might be due to credit card report issue ( i.e. insufficient funds, card declined etc ) or due to PAYPAL’s payment confirmation meaning that you did not complete the payment process.
As long as your purchase is marked as ‘PENDING’, your purchased details will not be available for download until you finalize payment and the status changes to ‘COMPLETE’.
To re-visit your pending order and complete the purchase you can visit YOUR ACCOUNT > ORDERS page. You will see a link to complete the purchase in question.
As soon as your payment goes through and is verified by our systems, the status will change to ‘COMPLETE’ and details will be available to download from the MY ACCOUNT page ( DOWNLOADS tab ). You will also receive a confirmation email with a link to download your purchased content.
