How do I delete my account?

In order to completely delete any user/customer account with structuraldetails store, you need to get in touch with us and ask us to delete your account for you.

Currently, there is no option for any user to automatically delete his/her account.

Please note that by deleting your account you will loose access to any previously paid for products and their respective download access. You will no longer be able to access your account or download previously purchased products.

To request deletion of your account, you can contact us via :

- Send us an email at : [e-mail]

- Open a support ticket and request for deletion of your account

- Visit our CONTACT US page and fill in the available form.

Just make sure that you mention your account email so we can reference your account.

Before deletion, we will send you a confirmation email in order to make sure that this was no mistake.

Finally, we believe that there is absolutely no reason whatsoever to delete your account, since there are no charges or automatic renewals to be wary of.
