I am having problems logging in and downloading files

Sometimes, even if you are already loggen in to your account, when trying to download purchased files you get an error message saying that ‘ You need to be logged in to download files ‘. The reason might be that your browser has stored previous logged in users in the history cache or cookies and gets a bit confused.

Problem can be very easily resolved by simply clearing the browser’s history cache and cookies.
