If your order was marked as ' FAILED ORDER ', that means that your payment did not go through due to credit card being declined.
Don’t worry, your card was not charged at this point.
If you want to resolve this issue, here are some things that might help.
- Make sure your credit card is unlocked for online international purchases and with a different currency of that of your account.
- Make sure your card has the available balance for the transaction. Your card balance should be at least the total amount shown below on the transaction statement plus any other fees your bank might charge you ( some banks do charge for currency exchange purchases ).
- Billing Details
o Your First and Last name on the billing details fields must match those on your credit card.
o The country you have selected on the billing details must match that of your credit card’s issuing bank and not where you are located now.
o Make sure you have entered the 16 digit credit card number correctly ( you don’t have to use spaces or dashes, one continuous 16 digit number ). If you enter a valid card number the field will turn itself light green. Otherwise it will display a red border.
o Expiration date in the form of MMYY
o Enter a the correct Card Security Code ( CVV ). This is a 3 digit number located at the back of your card.
structuraldetails store does not handle credit card information for security reasons. All transactions go through a secure credit card service ( Braintree ), therefore we do not have access to the exact reason of your credit card being declined.
All I can tell you is that your card was not authorized to clear the transaction.
The products you were trying to purchase will not be available to you until a payment is made. Once payment is made you will be able to find all your purchased details, ready to download, at ‘ MY ACCOUNT ‘ page.
